Aqsa Clothing is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Unexpected delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, operational issues or other circumstances may occur.
6. Exchange Policy
Aqsa Clothing follows a 4-day exchange policy.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, with original tags, packaging and purchase/order details.
For exchange requests related to wrong size, wrong product, damage or defects, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required.

7. Refunds
Aqsa Clothing does not offer refunds. Eligible requests are handled through exchange or replacement, subject to product availability and verification.
